For all non-urgent injury appointments and post-offer/pre-employment exams, please call the office during normal business hours and the staff will give you an appointment that meets your needs. We do see urgent walk-ins and new injuries with authorizations. Please fax the authorization form or send them with the patients to their visit. All other testing including drug screens and breath alcohol tests are done on a walk-in basis during normal business hours with no appointment necessary.

Work Wellness is contracted with all workers’ compensation insurances that we are aware of. Please let us know if you cannot find us in the medical provider network (MPN) provided by your insurance carrier or third party administrator (commonly known as a TPA) and we will contact them.

In a recent month long patient survey, 81% of Work Wellness patients waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and 100% reported that they would strongly recommend us to others.

Yes, we currently have professional in-house translation for Spanish, Portuguese, and Romanian. Please provide a translator for other language requirements including hearing impaired/sign-language.

Work Wellness can report results via internet, fax or mail. Most employers choose the speed of our electronic eScreen system which allows for results to be reported nearly instantly via secure website, fax or phone call. All breath alcohol results will be faxed, mailed or both depending on your preferences. If your company has a Chain of Custody Form from a lab or third party, results will be given to you directly by the MRO (Medical Review Officer).

Using our electronic eScreen system, negative results are reported within minutes. Any test requiring verification will be sent to the lab and results will be sent within 3 — 5 work days.
